San Prospero, just like Frubella, is a traditional family-run company. It was established in 1955 and is headquartered in Emilia Romagna, at the foot of the Apennine Mountains. The name of the company derives from the ancient village in the region.
San Prospero has a company area of 22,000qm and a warehouse capacity of 31m litres. The company is meanwhile run by the second generation of the family, and it now specialises in processing grapes into juice, juice concentrate and wine. San Prospero is also heavily involved in the development of customer-specific products.
